About Frostburg Music Academy

Frostburg Music Academy aims to provide a fun, memorable and effective learning

experience taught by musicians who have spent thousands of hours in both the

teaching room and the bandstand.  Music education brought by real world experience.

Lessons are available on individual instruments including:

 Guitar, Voice, Piano, Bass, Ukulele, Banjo, Violin, Mandolin, Dobro,

Saxophone, Clarinet, Flute, Brass and Percussion. 

We offer free community jams every week from Bluegrass, Rock and Blues. 

Summer brings Bluegrass Jam Camp, Vocal and Songwriting Camp

as well as specialized classes in

Music Theory, Home Recording and Advanced Instrumentation.  

We are located in the heart of downtown Frostburg, Maryland at 9 Ormand Street.
